Ray recently became a patient in our Papillion clinic following a knee replacement surgery. He shared his thoughts about his experience at Makovicka Physical Therapy:
“I had my knee replacement surgery on Tuesday, September 13th, and I started by physical therapy with Makovicka Physical Therapy the following Monday. I began therapy with Mike, who is a very upbeat, young professional and he immediately got me started on the right track! I am an avid workout person and Mike picked up on that immediately and geared his program to meet my needs.
I worked with other therapists in the clinic occasionally, including Emily and Brian. I found their methods to be unique to their own styles, and they offered great variations. I liked having a different perspective from each of the different therapists I worked with and I found each of them to be very helpful in answering my questions. I had some lingering side effects from the surgery and their knowledge for healing was very helpful in addressing my concerns. I found each of the interns, like Shannon and Tyler, to be very helpful as they worked with me on the exercise routines.
My experience with the whole staff at Makovicka PT was great. They are a fantastic group of professionals who work hard to help everyone with the healing process. I observed this as I watched them work with others who were also at the clinic for physical therapy. I will more than likely be having my right knee replaced soon, and I definitely plan to come back to this office for my recovery needs.
