Amy was born and raised in Glenwood, Iowa, and attended Glenwood Community High School, where she participated in track and cross country. Amy went on to earn her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Clarkson College. In her free time, she enjoys bicycling, golfing, hiking, working out, and gardening.
