Sheena was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska, and attended Grand Island High School, where she participated in volleyball, basketball, track, and cross country. Sheena then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Science from the University of Nebraska. After graduating from UNL, Sheena attended Clarkson College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In her free time, Sheena enjoys sand volleyball, yoga, cycling, and patio season.
