Mackenzie was born in Shenandoah, Iowa, and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, where she attended Millard West High School. She attended UNO, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. Mackenzie earned an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Clarkson College.
In her spare time, Mackenzie enjoys running, cycling, hiking, going to concerts, and watching movies.
