Plattsmouth, Neb. — Makovicka Physical Therapy opened it’s newest clinic on September 9th in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The clinic is located off of Highway 75 and 1st Avenue, which is near the Hy-Vee store.
Shane Cole PT, DPT is the clinic director and he has unique expertise to assist patients in their recovery and rehabilitation from injury. Cole is an Impact Concussion trained physical therapist and utilizes Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training which is highly suited for rehab to safely and quickly increase strength and muscle size without overly stressing healing tissues. In addition, the Plattsmouth clinic will offer: instrumental-assisted soft tissue mobilization (GrastonTM Technique), vestibular and balance rehabilitation, and more.
A ribbon-cutting/open house tailgate event was held on October 17th with many members of the Plattsmouth Chamber, Cass County Economic Development Council and community members attending.
