Alli was born and raised in Omaha, where she attended Skutt Catholic High School and was actively involved in volleyball and Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and went on to complete a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at College of Saint Mary. In her free time, Alli enjoys coaching volleyball, practicing yoga, and reading.
