Mark was born in Virginia and raised in Kansas City, where he attended Rockhurst High School and played rugby. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. In his free time, Mark enjoys golfing, woodworking, watching and playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
